To identify suitable candidates, we start with a combination of job ad placements on leading digital platforms and our recruitment teams’ research activities, with each team having a thorough understanding of its specific sector and focal area. We use detailed personal interviews to ascertain a candidate’s profile and aptitude. Not only do we obtain a candidate’s full application documents – we also check and handle them in accordance with the provisions of Germany’s General Act on Equal Treatment (AGG).

We provide you, our client, with detailed application documents for each candidate, which we collate for you drawing on information such as the candidate’s address, period of notice, salary expectations and reasons for wishing to change jobs.
